HPPSC Recruitment 2025 Medical Officer 232 Posts Online Application
Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (HPPSC) is seeking applications through the online platform for 232 regular posts of Medical Officers. Candidates should apply on or before 12-12-2025 after verifying eligibility.

Mode of Recruitment :
Candidates will first undergo an objective type screening test followed by a descriptive Subject Aptitude Test (SAT). Both tests are conducted on the same day in different sessions. Negative marking applies.

Based on merit of Paper-I, the answer sheets of Paper-II will be evaluated as per the following criteria:
- For up to 25 posts: 20 times the number of vacancies
- For 26 posts and above: 500 + 5 answer sheets for every additional post
Candidates who qualify in Paper-II as per the prescribed ratio will be called for the Personality Test, carrying 30 marks. Minimum qualifying marks are 12 for General category and 9 for reserved categories.
Final merit will be determined on the basis of total marks obtained in the Subject Aptitude Test (120 marks) and the Personality Test (30 marks).
